Terms & Conditions – Sunnah Enterprises

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sunnah Enterprises mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.​

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the App and place orders.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.​

3. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for customers to browse products, place orders, and manage their purchases from Sunnah Enterprises.

  • You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, or using the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.​

4. Products, pricing, and availability

  • All products, descriptions, prices, and offers shown in the App are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • While we try to ensure accuracy, errors in prices, descriptions, or availability may occur; in such cases, we may correct the error and contact you or cancel the order with a refund if payment was taken.​

5. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order in the App is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion (for example, due to stock or delivery limitations).

  • An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us (via the App, SMS, email, or similar).

  • Payments are processed through third‑party payment service providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the payment for your orders. We do not store full card or UPI details.​

6. Delivery and precise location

  • Delivery is available only in certain areas. Availability, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times will be shown in the App where possible.

  • If you grant location permission, we may use your precise location to check delivery availability and assist in delivering your order to the correct location. You can control location access in your device settings.​

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

  • The rules for order cancellations, returns, and refunds will be described in a separate Returns/Refund Policy or inside the App; that policy forms part of these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the request does not meet the conditions described in our applicable policy.​

8. User content and communication

  • If you submit any content (for example, reviews, feedback, or messages), you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use that content to operate, improve, and promote our services.

  • You agree not to submit any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.​

9. Privacy

  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy available at https://sunnahenterprises.com/privacy-policy (or the URL you use).​

10. Intellectual property

  • All content in the App, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Sunnah Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.​

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnah Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or products purchased through the App.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App or your orders will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant order.​

12. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunnah Enterprises from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.​

13. Changes to the App and Terms

  • We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time.

  • When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.​

14. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, or if needed for security or maintenance.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, but any obligations or rights that by nature should survive (such as payment obligations and limitations of liability) will continue.​

15. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.​
